CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 99(HES) "An Act relating to school                                            
discipline and safety programs; and providing for an effective date"                                
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                      
objection, it was so ordered.
